Party time!

Our gifts from Mum, Dad and my sister and brother
This year Jackson and I had a small party for our birthday, and Mum let us invite a couple families over. He turned 8 and I turned 11.
Both Jackson and I wanted a dress up party so
he dressed up as a soldier or knight and I dressed up as a pregnant woman! I couldn't think of any thing else. We all got ready and put some food out.
When our guests all came we started the party games and went out side. The ice-cream truck went by so dad said we could get some ice-blocks. We all enjoyed our treat. After playing outside awhile  more we came inside to have afternoon-tea which was, a packet of chips each,
smarties, honeycomb, cupcakes, celery and carrots, cakeand biscuits. A while later all our guests had to go home.
We said our good-byes and had a rest...the tidying up was yet to begin!

Meat pies

Our home-made meat pies
Last week we made one of my favourite foods.
Meat pies! Yum! They turned out well. I even
graded Mum 86 out of 100!
Mmm, smells nice Mum!

Gone fishing!

Doesn't he look pleased!
Jackson LOVES fishing! And he does a great job too.
He, Sarah and Dad sometimes go fishing at Sweeny's.
And sometimes bring home a flathead or shark, but I think it's
disgusting! Why bring home a stinky, ugly and dead fish?
But, I must say, they do enjoy it!.. Even if I don't.

The boys

Jackson, Caleb and Joshua are my three mischievous
brothers. They like to play with army men, cars, trucks,
or any thing of the sorts. They do get along quite well...
most of the time. They do their schoolwork with Mum
each morning so they can hopefully have the afternoon
free to play on the computer or go outside.
But they don't like doing chores...who does?

Now what mischief can we get into?

Jackson

Jackson dressed up as a cowboy
This is my brother Jackson. He is 8 years old and loves to go camping, fishing and playing outside with his two younger brothers. He is very good at football and other sports.
And he is fun to be around...most of the time!

Caleb's soldiers

Caleb loves playing with his soldiers, castles and
things like that. He's very protective of his "kingdoms"
when it comes to his biggest enemy, Joshua. Josh
just wants to play or "help out" but all he does is get in
the way. And he gets it big time from Caleb!
Caleb will be yelling at the top of his voice, "Mum,
Mum come quick!... JOSHUA!!
But, besides that Caleb enjoys his time with his soldiers.

Mmm, where should I put this one?

How about right there?

Sisters

This is my sister Sarah and little baby Grace.
Me and Sarah do lots of thing together, but
sometimes there can be small arguments, not very often
though. Sarah has her own room but I've found myself sharing with my little brother Joshua-and he's
taken a whole shelf in my cupboard! I'll live with it though! But I enjoy having him with me.
Even Grace has her own room! She is such a cutie!
Sarah is 10 and she likes to play outside with the boys and play on the computer. Grace just wants to eat and sleep or have  a comfy place to snuggle down ~ most likely Dad!

Posing

Oh so cute! Joshua and his teddy love
to pose for the camera!

Birds

These two beautiful handsome birds are called
Mickey & Jerry, they belong to me (blue one) and
my sister (green one) Sarah. A while back, we noticed that they were acting and looking funny.
It was those horrid mites! Our poor little birds
had mites. Well, as it goes there was a sad ending.
Mum said we had to let them go free.Good-bye, we'll miss you! Since then we haven't seen them-
Hopefully a good ending for them!
